Set up printing on this computer
Four steps. About five minutes. After this, every Mark-In, Drop-Off, and Pick-Up ticket you ring up in DFS Cloud will print to your receipt printer automatically.
Download the installer
Click the button below. The installer is about 90 MB.
Download Print Helper for WindowsRun the installer
Double-click the file you just downloaded.

- Click Run anyway
This is normal for in-house apps. You can call DFS support if you’d like us to confirm.
The installer will set up the helper to start automatically when this computer turns on. You’ll see a small green dot in the system tray (bottom-right corner of the screen) when it’s running.
Pick your receipt printer
The first time the helper runs, it will pop up a window asking which printer to use. Choose your receipt printer from the list and click Save.
Don’t see your printer? Make sure it’s plugged in and turned on, then click theRefreshbutton in the helper window.
Confirm it’s working
Click the button below to check that the helper is running on this computer. You can also send a test page to your printer.
Stuck?
Call DFS support and tell them you’re on the install page. We can see your computer’s status from here once the helper is running.
